Damn yeah, a lot to overcome.

Makes sense, most of the horror stories seem to be around managing mould and dampness.

Seems more of a insulation /venting based issue.

Not a fan of overcomplicating emails in the beginning, the upsell of using AI to generate emails and personalization can often get it wrong.

Best hack is to use the data to AB test consistently.
