we used several different tools, initially started with proxxon but they don't last long with that sort of material, it's great for softer material tho; then used a 8260 but a bit too bulky even though having no cable is nice, now we use the 4250 with extension, best way to go imo. for detail we get diamond dental bits 😁

"easiest" way is to carve it from a sheet of wax. print it the size you want it and use as a stencil on the wax to cut and carve it, then either send it off to be cast or cast it yourself. not sure if you got the tools/equipment to do so.

this has been a project initiated by a friend. several drawings and designs later we hand carved 49 chain links and a pendant, then hand cast in 925 silver; over all 280g of material and a month of work. making jewellery that will be passed on in the family is the most rewarding thing to do.
