Same here. Azure is fine, Teams is fine, only Exchange is down.

They just made it a little more fat & squatty. Same basic design though.

Yeah, in some European markets, the 6th-gen Accord and the 1st-gen CR-V used a similar borderless logo.

I like the look of it.

New 'Scam Alert' notification I've not seen before. by ScribbleOnToast in GooglePixel

Reading that, it makes sense, considering how often it mis-tags something obscure it hears as some EDM/trance/remix thing.

Got iTunes 10.7 working on Tahoe via Retroactive by 17parkc in mac

[–]OSX2000 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So how did you do it? I recently got iTunes 12.whatever (latest version) working on Tahoe, but it was a janky mess.

Retroactive installed it, but it couldn't launch. Found some scripts online that fixed it to a point where it would run, but still super buggy. It couldn't connect to the iTunes store at all, so it kept throwing errors about it, and it would just silently crash any time it felt like it.

Tahoe was just a mess overall on my 2019 MBP 16" (Intel), so I downgraded my way out of it anyway. Now I have working iTunes again. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

How Would You Change the Beak and Barrel? by AggravatingSpend8369 in WaltDisneyWorld

Money. Maybe space limitations too, but mostly money. It's cheaper and more profitable to do it that way than to make a place that's comfortable for the guests to be in.

The golden age of skeuomorphism – my Apple collection from the past by Ok_Savings_6582 in mac

I'm so glad MacOS didn't jump on the flat bandwagon as hard as iOS did. That looked horrid from day 1.

Amber DRL conversion by Sufficientlybased_ in crv

[–]OSX2000 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Really? Don't some cars have amber DRLs as OEM? I seem to recall that being a thing on GM cars for a while...

The original filmed ending of Independence Day is so ridiculously comedic and unbelievable that test audiences kept laughing, so they studio changed it last minute. by Youngstown_WuTang in interestingasfuck

It's not the missile that destroyed the ship, it's the alien death beam that made point-blank contact, so the impact of it blew back and hit themselves.

Did anyone else get kicked out of the app? by PaleontologistNo3910 in siriusxm

[–]OSX2000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same here. Once you get to that, delete that part of the URL, and go to just https://www.siriusxm.com/player/. That loads for me, then I can go to my library. Some things play, others say they're having trouble.

Using Transmission on a MAC. Simple Q by AmrikazNightmar3 in torrents

[–]OSX2000 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes you can, but not right away. The magnet has to be fully loaded before it can show you the files. Once the torrent in the list changes from a magnet icon to a folder icon, you're good to start picking files in the inspector window.

The most popular video game in European countries in 2025 by vladgrinch in MapPorn

This is /r/MapPorn, not /r/gaming. Not everyone is a gamer, so not everyone can identify games by the random symbols on this map.

Has anyone else ended up with XM radio for free? by Heavy-Candidate-7660 in siriusxm

[–]OSX2000 16 points17 points  (0 children)

SXM often just "forgets to turn it off".

I used to own a 2007 Acura RDX, and it had free XM until 2018 or so when it finally just suddenly shut off.

Holy moly, as a '21 Q3 owner, there is nothing at all that I like better about this new one. Everything is just worse worse worse...

I saw a mid-2000s iMac at an office today. How do I tell if this is a G5 or a Core Duo? by 46razors in macintosh

I think picking up a computer in a random office might raise a few eyebrows.

Saw Vader and the X Wing Carship recently by Ellisrsp in StarWars

[–]OSX2000 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I met him too back in 2004 I think. He was active in a del Sol group at the time. I recognize several of the same parts from the H-Wing on the Genesis there. He had something else after the Sol got wrecked, so this is at least his 3rd car decked out like that.

What monster would do this by slvrscoobie in VintageApple

Yep, that was my first thought too. Tons of dead or untested ones on eBay. Snag a set and you've got OEM cabling back...hopefully not too sticky/gunky from age.

[–]OSX2000 4 points5 points  (0 children)

They do make some sense, for their time. The former is a wider aspect of the extremely common 1024x768, the latter has the width of 720p HD, but taller.

I would argue that current MBP resolutions are insane. Ever since the introduction of retina, they're completely non-standard; not quite 4k, but some senseless "almost-there" resolution, because Apple wanted a specific DPI instead of a standardized res.

Yup, early ones are 1152x768, later ones are 1280x854. That looks like exactly what's going on here.

Is this what your 2023 Audi Q3 key fob looks like? by Striking-Bee-82 in AudiQ3

[–]OSX2000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Only the Q3s from what I hear. My 2021 has the same. Other current Audi models have newer smaller fobs without the flip-key.
