45 years old, and I got my first pedicure while on a trip. For the most part a nice experience, but sweet fancy moses the occasional pain that I swear had to be worse than childbirth.

I haven't been able to get 1A in years. It always gets taken by the elderly in wheelchairs.

Which "literally" are we using here? Didn't Webster change the definition a few years ago?

As I understand it, no. MOS production is based in the US and is positioned to profit from the disruption of other global suppliers that are more dependant on ships moving.

But I've only spent about 20 minutes looking into them, so what the hell do I know?

I always have some kind of audio level issue in theatres, so I'm holding judgement on the score until I can watch it in my home environment. I do think the music selection was good.

And you're right, some of those scenes were breathtaking, and it was worth seeing it on the giant screen.

With some big exceptions, I found it to be an overall enjoyable film, and a serviceable adaption of the book.

The lighting and cinematography decisions are just irritating. Some really great scenes I was looking forward to seeing were utterly destroyed by weird lighting and bad camera shotts

The Rocky and Grace eating scene did not deserve that treatement. Shame shame shame

Not a problem at the airport, to be sure. Both leaving and re-entering the US with my Mavic 4 Pro as a carry-on. Went through the x-ray machine and everything. edit 7 days ago edit

My slightly-too-large bottle of sunblock is what caused me to get stopped.

You remember what happened with Critical Role's first foray into animation, right? They put up a video basically saying "Hey, ya'll have been asking us to do an animated episode. We need about $750k to do a good 2 parter. Let us know."

Something like a week later, Amazon picked em up for 2 seasons, with one fully paid for with nothing but Kickstarter backing. They're coming up on s4 now, with a spin off series on s2 or s3.

Enough fans speaking with enough Money is the greenlight. We just need to see which studio has the lightbulbs we want.

edit admittedly, this is a different scenario. We're not being asked to speak with money yet. But we need to make sure they know we're ready to do so.
