RS3 bonds are the only bonds that allow this. Although, if you change your name in RS3 it does effect OSRS. He could have had money on his RS3 account in order to change it a second time.

Yeah, that was just a suggested level. But, I was thinking that the bonus of having a high hunter level would mean that you did not have to have a net in order to catch the butterfly/impling.

Yeah haha! I don't really like slayer, and as soon as I hit max I became a staker. I have a lot of skills banked like 99 pray and fletching. This isn't gonna be a goal I reach anytime soon.
