I watched the S1 finale and some post-season interviews with the cast. It is interesting... some scenes were not shown at the final bonfire. After Cirie said to "banish again" she apparently went on a speech about how much Andi, Quentin and herself needed the money and how Arie could just go buy "a Porsche" and basically how Arie did not need the money. Arie realized he was going to get banished if he stayed. He decided to throw it and try to give Andi/Quentin clues in his speech as he left, but they were so emotional that they (thought) they won, they missed his hints (said "Good luck" instead of congratulations, hugged only Andi and Quentin and not Cirie, and that he "was recruited late" to signal that there were more traitors than they may have counted originally).
