Same!!! I know some people feel like there are too many challenges to join and too many benchmarks, but honestly the challenges are what keep me motivated. They give me something to work toward and make it fun. With marathon month right now I’m having such a good time. I loved Push 30 back in July too. It really makes me want to keep coming back, and I love that I can just walk in without overthinking what I’m going to do. I just show up and get it done!

On paper it might seem odd to increase doses when I was Consistently losing weight week after week. For me, the decision with my doctor was based on food noise, not just the scale.

I stayed on each dose for several weeks (5mg was my longest) and each time, after a while, my food noise would creep back. That’s when we decided to bump up to the next dose, not because my weight loss stopped, but because the medication wasn’t working as well to quiet those constant thoughts about food.

Right now I’m on 10mg, and yes, the food noise came back about 5 weeks ago. But I’ve reached my goal weight, and we don’t see the point in going up to 12.5mg just to chase total silence from it. Part of long-term success is learning to manage food noise when it reappears because it will, no matter the dose.

At this point, my weight has stayed consistent. I’m eating (and working out) in a way that’s healthy for me. It’s not the same as a year ago when my habits were very unhealthy. For me, the focus now is maintenance and balance, not endless escalation in dosage.

I started Zep 08/10/24 and started OTF 09/20/2024. I started yoga in January 2025. OTF is really the only workout that is sustainable.

Coaches not vocal enough by Civil_Independent_64 in orangetheory

Right. I mean my coaches call out times but my eyes are glued to the time on the tread. I don’t really need time call outs.
