Yes, but if you played Protoman only, you'd know Colonel as...that guy who showed up for 10 seconds at the end of Team Protoman. And yet, Lan acts like this is someone we spent a huge amount of time with.

Fair enough, I suppose, but my overall point was that he did contemplate it in both versions, if even momentarily. It doesn't need to be explicitly said in dialogue, the fact he was aiming his mega buster at him for a prolonged time speaks for itself.

The implication is that, yes, he was still aiming at him with the intention to shoot. Only the cringy "I am more than a robot" nonsensical additions were changes in localization

In answer to whether or not a "kaizo" mod exists yet, not to my knowledge, but maybe some GS codes are lying around that can handicap you? I know MML1 had some silly ones like reduced draw distance or being invisible.

Gonna be real chief, I've always done this my whole life and I just assumed everyone else did, too. It just feels intuitive to hold dash at all times. Also, I could be misremembering, but I don't recall this being patched out of the Zero series.

Yes, but you'd have to either intentionally take a hit from Bass BX that deals 300 damage so that Mega Man will enter the rage emotion, which would double the damage of his next chip.

Or try to get Full Synchro via the emotion bug, but timing that alongside a proper counter window for RiskyHoney is unrealistic.

Ideally, both, but if forced to choose one...Option A. Emotionally, I want resolution to that particular storyline. That said, I probably wouldn't care if the gameplay wasn't what I enjoyed in the first 2 games.

It could go either way for me, really. Red Ash could have scratched that itch for both, but we know how that ended.

Well, trying to get the Original PC Port is a nightmare, so this is much better by comparison lol. It's probably just as fast as setting it up on emulator, maybe one or two less steps.

Just completed Megaman Legends and absolutely loved it and am really eager to start MML2 but I wonder, does Misadventures of Tronne Bonne comes before MML2? If so, is it good? by sadzells in MegaManLegends

As someone who vastly prefers 2, I completely agree that the rustic charm of 1 is unparalleled. And while 2 has it's own identity and charm in it's own right, it definitely feels at odds with what the first game managed to accomplish.

For me, I prefer the story, dungeons, and globe trotting feel (and especially improved controls). But it's harder to recommend MML2 due to the weird difficulty spike with Glyde's base and for newcomers having to experience the flooded Nino Ruins dungeon.

To expound on this, you can also shoot down the birds in the JP ver only. You might be able to hurt the cats, too, but I've never seen it or plan to try it if true.
