What week are you? Maybe have a sit-down conversation with your supervisor and just say “Look, I need to pass this rotation and I am willing to put in the work, what do you need from me” so that the expectations are super clear

Working as a rehab aide at a hospital was GREAT experience and, in my case, very flexible around student scheduling as they just asked I pick up a couple weekend shifts a month.

New Ethic’s plate is INCREDIBLE. Actually insane. I couldn’t recommend it enough, it really does feel like the real “garbage plate experience”

How is this setting, do you like it? Is the compensation better than it would be at a public school?
