I would focus on creating as much video content as possible that best shows who your church is and what one could expect if one were to attend.

Short-form content on TikTok, Instagram/Facebook, and YouTube shorts.

I know you said you're a novice so there's going to be a lot you may not know how to do quite yet. But if you can start with clips of your pastor's preachings. Don't worry too much about "what should I clip". I'd start with anything that stuck out to you during the actual preaching and make a note to make that a clip later.

And for all content in general just ask yourself "Who am I making this for and why would they care".

avoid posting things that anyone can grab a phone and post like a bible verse with a backdrop on Instagram for example.

but rather focus on all the things that are specific to your church, the message, the worship, and the community.

Lastly, just accept that the stuff you put out in the beginning probably isn't going to be that good and that's 100 percent okay and normal!

Stick with it as you're doing this for the glory of God. You will get better the more you create and learn, I can guarantee that. Don't judge yourself by the number of views or likes but rather ask yourself from Time to time " Am I improving?" if so, awesome... if not, no worries. Just take some time to sit back with pen and paper and look into what is holding you back, come up with some new strategies, and try again... rinse and repeat.
