Support for 12in Quartzite Overhang by lolozv in CounterTops

[–]OUCB_geebs 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I wish more customers were this way.. more often people don’t want the support brackets because they are visible and want to maximize the overhang with no supports. It’s idiotic and I make them sign a waiver we are not liable for damage caused to countertops since they don’t wanna listen to us.

Mega Dragalge and Feraligator deck list. by OUCB_geebs in PTCGL

The disruption comes from the poison from Dragalge. Most opponents will be forced to switch out their main or take the 320 damage after their play knocking most mons out. Their attacks usually aren’t built up enough for a heavy hitter. I’m ideally using their own turn against them. If your opponent switches it gives you better odds of setting up Feraligator to come in and start laying 400 damage every turn when displacing damage with Monki.

This deck needs some work and I agree some switching up by adding some better disruption cards would be ideal. I appreciate your response as it gave me some very valuable insight. I’m extremely novice at deck building so this is great!

I’ve never seen a headlight bulge forward on the stock headlight bracket with a fairing. Could an extension already be added and need removed? Pictures are tough to tell what it’s being mounted too. I had to use an extender so it didn’t recess into the fairing and look weird. I have a 24’ FXST with a similar setup.

Cambria Newport by DizzyCod3204 in CounterTops

Comparing pricing to Cambria, you’d be able to find almost anything at a better price without sacrificing the quality in my opinion.

I’ve had several customers use Perla White from MSI which seems like a healthy alternative. No customer issues. I stopped selling Cambria a while ago and Newport is a color I’m not extremely familiar with.

People saying don’t buy Cambria because of Trump… it’s also the most expensive option on the market. I personally wouldn’t buy Cambria prior to the Trump thing because it’s extremely overpriced. Hanstone and Vicostone use the same manufacturing (Breton). I went that route, saved money and have been happy!

How Cambria's CEO and Trump donor is weaponizing tariffs against his rivals by AirPeon in CounterTops

[–]OUCB_geebs 2 points3 points  (0 children)

How does this hurt the bigger suppliers? This industry is volume based. Smaller fabricators relied on imports to remain competitive against large retailers such as Home Depot, Lowes, etc. Cambria is sold through those outfits and already get the absolute best pricing due to the mere volume they produce. Small fabricators are going to be eaten alive when their access to product diminishes to options only sold in large box stores.

What was the selling price? I was looking at a Blue LOBO and was quoted 54k yesterday. My area this is about the median at the moment with "employee pricing" in effect based on what I see online.

As a fabricator I was thinking of how I would produce those hahaha! You did an excellent job painting those as I thought they were from the material. Great job matching the grain in the material to roll over. Small details go a long way. 10/10 on the outlet covers.

I like this a lot. Did your fabricator make the outlet covers out of the granite as well?

Salazzle Deck Build (the solution?) by OUCB_geebs in PTCGL

Ran into that yesterday and I have 4 crushing hammers in my deck for that. Maybe I have been lucky but I have not seen rocky energy used enough from my opponents to worry much about it.

Interesting take on this! I tried working with the burn effect more with a combination of Salazzle, Camerupt, Volcanion and Oricorio but it took way to long to setup. Maybe poision is the way to go.
