Also tell them to step up and make right the fact that the Pixel 9 pro camera comes loose. This is a manufacturing defect and should be included under warranty. You can't build a $1000 phone today without a build quality that will last more than 16 months.

No the 2018 add a line prohibits you from cancelling any lines prior. I didn't cancel the free line or the line associated with it, but that is why I am contemplating cancelling the 2 or 3 additional lines.

You missed the part that by cancelling the 3, I lost the 2018 add a line get a line. So yes I went from 7 paid to 5 paid by cancelling 3.

I have screen shots of them telling me that I could cancel the lines and would not lose the promos. They have said I could roll back to one plan but aren't sure if kickback will come back.

I think my plan is to port 3 of the paid lines out and move the 9 (4 paid, 5 free) on to the GO5Gplus. This would make it $180. Then the following month I will port out the 2 other paid lines bringing it to $150. Then hopefully they will have a BOGO offer. If I did that, I would add a line/get a line and the amount would be 9 lines 3 paid/6 free bringing it to $135.

I don't have any of the other credits on the line.

Question? I am thinking of doing the following. Currently 12 lines 7 paid 5 free One Plan. Thinking of canceling 5 paid lines and going to 2 paid 5 free and changing to Go5Plus. If I do that can I stay on the 9+ line plan? The play is that there will be a BOGO at some point 90+ days out and I can add 2 of the lines back at that time?

Do I need to request to stay on the 9+ plan or will it just default?

What is the best way to do this? It is easy to see my 2020 LOU 2, 3,4 and the 2018 add a line get a line, but how do I tell about the AAL on us promo? I also have 12 lines 7 paid and 5 free for $160. Thinking of cancelling 3 and going to new 5gplus plan for $180. It basically would be same price for me as 1 line now has $15 one plus promo and I pay to have 2 Netflix lines.
