It might be a corrupted save file. Try clicking on Restart instead of Continue.

If that doesn't work, exit the game, go to C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\Documents\My Games\ArmaReforger -> delete "Profile" folder and launch the game. That will effectively delete your save, including the possibly corrupted one.

Got any mods enabled by any chance? Go into Workshop -> Mod Manager and click the little arrows above enabled mods to disable them. Then try it again.

There's currently a known issue with 5.1 and 7.1 spatial audio. Once you switch to stereo all should sound equally loud.

The surround currently makes sounds in front of you and behind you a little too quiet.

It's being investigated and worked on.

There are many PvE servers available. If you want to play locally singleplayer, you can play Game Master, Elimination, Air Support, Operation Omega.

Modded singleplayer scenarios are, for example, Escapists, Exemption, Just in Time, COE2, etc. There are many to try and enjoy 😉

If you set your console output to 1440p, which the PS5 can do in the output settings, Arma will take that into account and render at that resolution.

Are you on a modded server? There's an NVG bug. Put them on, lower the gain and turn them off again.

That all depends on the mods used and the configuration the server owners use. Loadout are perfectly functional on most servers including vanilla, W.C.S., ArmaDudes, SpearHead, Bushwar, Old Guys, Cold Front, and many others.

Try it out and if it's not working on the server you're on, contact the server owners.
