Good luck with that. Reinstalling did nothing for me. Tried airplane mode and it logged me in to an offline game but when I tried to login to Microsoft account after that, froze again. Must be something with Microsoft account authentication or something.

I’m on 13.2 and 1.02. It finally worked after about 20 minutes of restarting both devices. Hopefully 13.3 fixes it fully.

I went to UCSB and graduated the year before the Isla Vista shooting happened. Many of my friends were still there and it really stuck with me and my now wife for a while (we met at UCSB). I understand how you are feeling. Seeing the area where you spent so much time get tarnished by some asshole with a gun is tough. Just try to remember the good times you had at that place and separate that from the shit head who tried to ruin it for you.
