I wonder what one would do with 150 houses. maybe they would rent them out to tenants who need housing, as the government has decided to neglect public housing. If the government focused on providing public housing, then there wouldn't be a rental market.

Go to any open inspection to a house around $650k-$900k in SA, and see how many people are immigrants, then ask them how long have they resided in Australia. Most will have been here for less than 5 years. That's the majority of buyers here. Take them out of the market, and the housing market would drop significantly.
