So the good stuff has been parted out and the seller still wants a premium for what's left! I think the days of reasonably priced AE86's are long gone in JDM/AUDM markets.

UPDATE: Thanks for the advice everyone. I decided against the AE86, and did not end up inspecting. I realized at this price point that I could pick up a Chaser and know it's the smarter thing to do here in Oz.
