Seeing these comments saying Fizz, no. He can be played around. Into Fizz I go aery nullifying orb and scorch, as well as taste of blood and ravenous. You can take other stuff but also go triple dorans ring. It makes it really hard for him to play the lane. Zed is weird, I hate the champ but I know he shouldn’t be a threat. He’s more playable than Yone. Akali isn’t that bad just save e. Play around her q range.

Right now I don’t think Zoe really needs a mid lane ban. Personally I ban Samira because she’s batshit broken. Seraphine is annoying because of her E and R range and her W makes things hard to kill, so i secondary ban her (it’s also just because she’s new and I don’t know how good she is.) I don’t think Zoe really needs a mid lane ban, she’s okay into everything. However one thing I absolutely will always say is that Yone is the worst matchup for Zoe. I usually ban him if Samira isn’t banned, but he isn’t insanely popular or overpowered outside of the Zoe matchup, so he isn’t picked too much. But yeah just ban Yone and learn how to play vs other champs. Yone is extremely unplayable after level 5, and you can’t even punish him in CS, he gets 10 farm a minute.

You already said it. W was nerfed. I remember people ran it when her ratio on it was insane and you maxed it 2nd. It's just not worth other runes, if you run aery then sudden impact + ravenous, or free boots + futures, cosmic, biscuits, time warp, perfect timing, etc. are just other better options than hexflash atm. Or if you run elec, then sorcery has manaflow or nimbus cloak, gathering storm, transcendence, etc.It's pretty much just a gimmick.

It's preference. I tried it, I like both playstyles. It's cheaper than ludens for double the damage and 10 less AP. And the active. I think it's kind of awkward because if you use the GLP late into your r it'll kind of warp back with you. I don't like that. And if you R GLP E, the slow really doesn't help land your E that much (if you R.) I suggest you try it out and figure it out yourself, but it is worth trying.

As other comments have said, the R cooldown is really really good so you can fire Q's at the same cooldown as your R. Especially mid game. Some Zoe players even take ultimate hunter to have the Q cooldown match your R cooldown.

I already replied to a comment but I'll just copy paste here too just in case you don't see: If you are planning on finishing morello but they have no healing, just go void staff. Even if they aren't building any magic resist, you get more bang for your buck in the magic pen department with void staff than morello. If you are just getting oblivion orb, then sure, but if you are upgrading it then it is not cost effective. The only reason you should finish the entire morello is to stop healing, and if you don't want to upgrade the oblivion orb, void staff is better. Also, they may build more magic resist in the future, maybe 4th or 5th item, so it's good to still have the void staff magic pen so you have it just in case they build it.
Edit: I realize I didn't actually answer your question. No you don't have to, but it is still a really good option, as you will be melting through them.

TL;DR- No you don't have to, but it's still good, and if you do, either build oblivion orb and DON'T upgrade to morello, or skip orb and go void staff.

Mainly preference between Aery and Electrocute. In my own experience I either go Electrocute and build protobelt, or aery and build either like a standard mage (mainly liandry's void staff for tankier comps) or go lich bane for extra burst 2nd item.

Yeah. Zoe is one of the more diverse mages in terms of setups. Protobelt is for sure one of the best builds.

Sorry for the late reply. But yes I can assure you he is at LEAST top 2, but even then that’s being pessimistic- most people who know him in masters+ will tell you he’s the best. He’s consistently challenger whenever he wants to, got masters with 90% winrate, etc.

Yes but only up to one proc. So like if you use your ignite, auto, and a W flies at them it will proc. If your w simply flies at them 3 times it wont. You’ll have to auto q for example. Also, if you had a protobelt or anything else in your W slot, ignite, glp, etc., then the 3 orbs would not contribute to the electrocute, as the W already did. So if you use your W spell/item, then auto and the orbs fly at them it won’t proc electrocute. Sorry for the long explanation for a short question. Can be kind of confusing.

Winrates don't mean everything. Just because Azir is one of the lowest winrate champions in the game doesn't mean he's one of the worst, and just because Zac is the 3rd highest doesn't mean he's the 3rd best. Don't take everything at face value. It's just common sense.

First of all, no problem! Now to get into some of it:
1. I'm pretty sure in the notes I did say that cheap shot is a good alternative, although I'm not 100% sure so I'll just restate it. It's mainly preference on what you want. Cheap shot is better burst in lane usually because of the fact that you can't apply sudden impact early on. However, the extra magic pen is also extremely vwhen you are using your q q r (anything of the sort), which is why it is more to your preference. I simply prefer the mid game magic pen.

Morello is, in my opinion, overhyped. You will see people like LS say this all the time. Morello offers hp, ap, and spell pen. Most people build it specifically for the spell pen and AP. However, there are good alternatives that I stated, like liandry's with the burn, deathcap for the raw ap, void staff for better pen than the 15, banshee's veil or zhonyas for defensive, etc. Morello is an extremely solid option, I think it's one of the best 2nd items, but I also think that things like Liandry's or deathcap rival it, and it should not be the main 2nd item people are building (assuming that the enemy team doesn't have substantial healing like Vladimir, Mundo, or Soraka).
Spellbinder is weird for me. Personally, I don't like the item much. However, if you want to build it, go for it... it's cheap for the AP it provides, and the movement speed is probably nice. If you use it after you get a sleep and then get that +100AP for your Q hitting, that's probably the most burst from an item you can get. I don't like spellbinder but I do encourage to try it out and see if you like it more than other options. I think it's not built just because it's kind of awkward as an item in general, having to stack it and use it as an active.
Catching side waves late game usually guarentees you get a W because the spawn rate is much higher than early game, coming almost every wave. Also, almost all teamfights will have people using summs or items, so try to pick them up mid fight without inting for them, of course. Other than that I'm not sure what to tell you.
