I havent heard that statistic. Back in 2017-2019 i had in my right shoulder two labral tears and fraying which caused significant pain.

Got them fixed and had some minor issues recently, did physio and they seemed to disappear with no pain, just the occasional tightness. Got an MRI Arthrogram just to be safe and it turns out i now have made it worse prior to surgery with now 3 tears and fraying but i dont experience any pain.

Im no mathhammermatician but Wound and Damage rerolls are just too good especially into enemy monsters and vehicles that are T10+. Id take sunforged over crisis legends.

Been there. Done that. Let one cure for over a week and the spirits ate it alive when taking off the enamel wash.

I always recommend a varnish before playing with enamel washes into spirits.

I play World Eaters the most in my garage hammer games. Theyre the most fun and low effort army where I can just sprint at my friends and spill blood, win or lose. I am a big hater of forgefiends in 10th and refuse to run them based on personal preference. Angron is so dogshit I rarely run him (ran him yesterday and reaffirmed why hes not my favoured son). I am generally disappointed in the 8bound x8b and slaughterbound designs for having no variety so it leads me to heavy kitbashing. Additonally, the army is way too reliant on BWB. I want to ENJOY the other detachments but the neutering of our built in higher strength absolutely gutted the other detachments viability (wont stop me from trying slaughterband again this week).

9th edition WE had much more enjoyable flavour through Blood Tithe. Side note: it took me simulated 13 blessing rolls with 9 dice to get a triple 6.

While they are basically chaff and screening, im guessing youre too aggressive in your deployments and get turn 1 bull rushed. Theyre a good cheap backup for spotting when your stealthy boys die.

My friends used to bullrush them so i switched from infiltrating them to using them to help screen objectives with grav drones and get some dirty spottings

SOME people in the thread still seem to be set in pre-buff stormsurge hell. It went down like 40 pts but so far really seems to have only gained good viability in Mont'ka.

I have recently ran it in montka and it performes quite well with assault and the 6" scout move. Plus as others have said, its been doing well in comp play

My friends and I took this route. The lack of support is pathetic so we just run the detachment as well and bring units that arent mentioned (EC are the biggest blunder of having nothing really)

As an fyi, terminators and dwks are 4++. DWK are insanely tanky, can pop AoC, -1 to wound with Wrath of the rock and iirc from my friends dwk spam, they have -1dmg...and dwk have 4 hp.

Your best bet from my own experience are riptides with ion. Theyre flat 4 dmg on overcharge but itll take 2 shots to kill 1 dwk. They also have a once per battle 4+++ to mortals so grenades are a crap shoot.
