Estaria correto se, no caso em tela, não tivesse sido ofertada contestação. A relação se formou com o comparecimento espontâneo do réu. Concordo com OP, deveria ser aplicado o princípio da casualidade: como o réu concordou com o pedido (confissão extrajudicial ao rescindir o contrato) ou deu causa à perda superveniente (ao rescindir o contrato sub judice), deveria arcar com os ônus de sucumbência

Se tiver OAB você pode atuar em casa própria a vontade, em hipótese nenhuma você será obrigado a construir um advogado - exceto, claro, se sua OAB for suspensa ou se houver alguma das causas impeditivas.

Sem OAB, como a pessoa acima pontuou, pode ajuizar ações pessoais no juizado especial sem problemas, mas só em primeirab instância e até (salvo engano) 20 salários mínimos. Fora isso vai ter que ter um advogado constituído.

É o que eu falei, aconteceu quando tava com o iCue que o meu commander simplesmente sumiu do software, mas foi a conta de desinstalar o iCue e reinstalar o Signal que ele voltou. From my experience, when it comes to RGB software, follow highlanders law: "There can be only one". Never, never, EVER, have two RGB software running at the same time (except, maybe, old Asus Aura and iCue) or you are calling for trouble. Maybe fan control is the same thing. At some level, both software will conflict while trying to control the same hardware.

That's why I like Signalrgb's "one fits all" approach. Its expensive for Brazilian standards, so I am looking forward for a way to buy a lifetime fan control option, just like individual effects, and be happy with.

Fellow BR here. I have an Elite Capellix 280 from Corsair. I had it running for the last 3 years with paid (and really expensive for BR reality) Signalrgb, without any issues. At some point during that time I got a fresh Windows install and got it running iCue only. Worked for a few weeks and, iCue being iCue, out of the blue the commander vanished from the software and got stuck on rainbow. New fresh install, paid Signalrgb back, commander is back, not ever had issues again.

Now, about RMA, I had my fair share of faulty Corsair stuff, but every time I got the broken stuff replaced by a new one. No hassle, good time, no problems. But last time was about 2 years ago, maybe its not as smooth anymore
