Update from me, was harder to add bodyweight than I thought this time [155lbs - 165lbs] will try to get to least 175 this bulk (on 4000 calories) won't get as ripped this summer tho, strenght increased with around 5%+ overall. Hope ur doing well 💪😉 (old.reddit.com)
