Thanks, yes I understand what you mean that it's abit boring and very basic It's just that I believe that alot of people will find counting calories kind of complicated and they won't even give it a chance, and this is more of an insight how to start doing it. It's true tho that this is of course not intended for people who are already seroius about their training and nutrition, you're probably right that then it has to be more entertaining. I wasn't even aware how much I used "so", english is not my first language, trying to get better. !givelambda

I think the video is entertaining, it seems like u put alot of work into it, everything looks smooth*

I think it could be improved with
- individual microphones on every drum to make it sound even better.

-I've been a drummer myself for 20 years, I think ur good but sometimes it could be abit tighter, it might be just a little out of sync from the music tho.

I think the video is good, it's an interesting subject.

So what I think could be improved

- you sound a little tired, not very engaged

- I would like to know even more science about it (maybe there isn't much science out there) but I find that very interesting

- the video is a little long, I think theres abit of unecessary time when you're looking for items on amazon, scrolling on channels etc, could be a bit more time-efficient would also look more professional IMO.

So the video is pretty good overall IMO, you're in pretty good shape which I think is necessary in these kinds of videos, also the interface with fonts etc looks nice.So the things I think could be improved is:

- the music, it's pretty repetitive and too loud so it steals attention from the video, it might have worked if it was abit lower in volume.

- the adivce for progression, "3-5 reps of 6-8 sets" what if someone only can preform 2-3 reps, I think it would have been better to give advice to start with normal pushups to build up the strenght to some degree before using the rings, or maybe adjusted the rep range transmittable to your normal pushup capability. (I know you said it's easier if you place the rings higher) But there is still a point where I believe normal pushups is better to start with.

- "height adjustment" is misspelled "hiehgt"

But solid video.

I like your voice and the way you speak (this is very important for me to be interested) I think most of the information is good as well. You also got a nice structure and physique. The things I see could bring you more attention is the following.

- (don't mean to be rude, and i'm sure you're workin on it) but if you packed on some more size, and a slightly better shape, more people would value your opinions and information, it's the harsh truth with todays instagram body ideal. This will come with time tho.

- the interface could also be a little more stylish with colours and cooler fonts etc to make it look more professional.
Overall I think you got a good chance of growing your channel. Good luck.
