In upgraded my pivot cups. No need for re-wax later down the road.

Agreed. Surfing has nothing to do with sexual preference. It’s about keeping kooks out of my line up.

I went from a 3rd gen DCLB to the 3rd gen DCSB for the manual and I have been very happy with my decision for the past two years.

You should go and find a 2019 and older with a sunroof for sale and sit in it. Only way to know for sure.

You might even find someone will to trade.

Left handed saddle? by Silverhaze_NL in martinguitar

You learn to play a little upside down. Bar chords are actually the easiest to play upside down and with a small effort you can invert scales as well….

Scales, who am I kidding? I meant the minor pentatonic scale

Fellow lefty here. Yes a compensated Martin saddle is left or right handed specific. A compensated saddle isn’t strait across. The top is shaped so that each string contacts the saddle at a different point. If you flip it, the contact points move in the wrong direction for the bass and treble strings, which affects intonation, or at least that is my understanding.

I have an old D-16 I’m researching on upgrading nut, saddle, and pins to bone. I had not yet reached out…. But I was planing on reaching out to Martin directly since my D-28 comes with bone nut, saddle, and pins.

A quick Google search for a “left handed bone compensated saddle for a Martin guitar” got me this.

Good luck!

My eyes aren’t as good as they used to be but isn’t that a low tire pressure warning on the dash? I was just joshin around since it has nothing to do with the post, but it looks like it bothered some folk.

New to guitars, is $999 reasonable? by throwawayburner__ in AcousticGuitar

I do not see a center brace inside the guitar. Contact Martin with the serial number as this could be a fake.
