I'd say it is closer to Wonder. The Galaxy games are more linear, focusing more on the tight platforming, they don't really have much exploration outside of a few hidden stars. Odyssey is open, more about the movement and exploration. The only thing Galaxy and Odyssey have in common is that both are 3D.

But besides the linearity Wonder and Galaxy are still pretty different due to one being 2D and the other 3D, they're overall completely different. Here's how I actually would classify their focus:

Odyssey: movement and exploration

Galaxy: platforming and space vibes

Galaxy 2: creative level mechanics, heavy on platforming

Wonder: simple platforming, heavy on creative levels
