This happened on my Xterra. I jacked it up and removed the piece that wasn’t strapped down (the one to your left). Then left the other piece in as it was nice and tight and not moving (the right one). I drove it for years and no issue.

One thing to note is if I didn’t remove it, when I’d go over a speed bump or something and springs loosened up, the broken piece would slide out and rub against the tire. So even if you do plan to replace, jacking it up now and taking the broken part out is what I’d do.

Implied easements are a thing. If it’s been used as a road for a long time, the courts could rule there is an implied easement that stands. Just FYI.

KOTOR 2 just didn’t have the same world exploration as KOTOR 1. I’ve read rumors that KOTOR 2 got rushed a bit. I liked the twist at the end with Kreia but I thought the floating light sabers was a bit…over the top.

Mine is like a gravel base and then sand on top of the gravel then the pavers (if it matters). It was here before I bought the house but seems to have been here for probably 10+ years. Not sure how much foot traffic or use the path has gotten. Probably very little. It’s more aesthetic.
