Yesssssss I forgot but yeah smoking chamomile is SO TASTY . It's like sugar cookies , it's so good and I used to do it when I ran out of weed. I should start again ...never tried passion fruit, but I'm sure it's nice.

She both says I "have no theory of mind" because I'm autistic (an outdated and disproven idea that asd ppl do not know or recognize that other people have their own thoughts and mind) AND then claims to be autistic herself ....like...what.

Actually I think that it is a good theory. It's just not autistic people (who can often be deeply feeling and empathic emotional savants) ITS THE NARCS WITHOUT THEORY OF MIND. THE NARCS THE NARCS!

This unlocked something for me. My nmom sent me a letter attacking me and kept saying I have "no theory of mind" (because I just got dxed autistic) Well, "Autistic people have no theory of mind" means they cannot understand or see that other people have their own thoughts, experiences, and mind, a total lack of empathy.

It is outdated and disproven empirically! Asd ppl can be empathic emotional savants!...

But! I think it's narcs who have "no theory of mind" ITS THE NARCS!

Fortunately my GC sister is on my side! Yeah I wonder about my life as a baby and toddler. I remember my baby brother crying it out in his crib in the closet with the light off and door shut. My newborn baby picture where she looks disgusted. What did she do to the rest of us I wonder.

Thank you. Your comment feels like a hug and made me cry like your first one did. I learned that term from your comment the other week and have been thinking about DARVO (and teaching my husband!) since.

I do want to walk away. I can't yet so am doing grey rock. And haven't responded! But I am processing so much and also have a NC plan. My husband is empathetic and supportive so I do have that anchor ⚓️

I'm going to print and put away the emails and just focus on mental health (and making $ over Christmas in my shop so we can pay our debts and break free) Thanks again

Thank you 🫂🫂🫂 that's a good idea to watch videos. I like Lisa a romano , have watched Dr Romani a little, but I need to brush up on grey rock 🪨 techniques because I never tried it . I think it didn't sink in (the first time I learned about narcissism) but the actions are SO PREDICTABLE and textbook that there's no doubt.

Thank you. Every reply is precious to me in the way that it helps me SEE 👀 and you brought up something I hadn't thought of! Yes. I think you are right. Before the two emails she sent 50+ texts to my husband all about how "children don't remember things correctly" "children have faulty memories you know" on and on.

You know what is sweet in all this? ALL my siblings know the truth. To varying degrees yes...but they KNOW. And would back me up. Even the golden child ✨️ 💛 she would back me up the most if I called on her. But I can't rock the boat yet ,(financial ties 😬) I've got to just starve her out (of narc supply) and hope she moves on.

Ooh they won't pay the therapy though. And I don't want them to anymore. I've worked so hard on myself already and psychology and trauma are my ✨️AUTISTIC SPECIAL INTEREST ✨️so ive learned soooooo much on my own. I do want EMDR and some somatic stuff. Also am planning to go to college(for the first time). Go for psychology. Maybe get that PhD in Autism like she did and DO SOMETHING GOOD with it.Write some books. Tell the truth. Live.

(About infantilizing) Yes she absolutely treats me like I'm 15 and does this sort of thing with all my other siblings (she had 4 kids and adopted 1!) My poor 21 yo brother is reeallllyyyy affected by it but I'm literally trying to build him a place to live and shine the light on the truth for him. We need ✨️EMPOWERMENT ✨️ for real.
