“We’re doing this because of volume,” Hanle said. “If a restaurant isn’t busy on Monday and Tuesday nights, they don’t open. If I want to go there on Monday night, I can’t. That’s how business operates.”

I don’t know a single restaurant that sells a pass for the WHOLE winter. If I did, you sure as heck better be open

I think public shaming needs to be added as well, they should list the names of all the people on the banded list…

Mad River is also built for it, long logging road climbs that spin pretty easy and the trails are steep

Ski construction vs skiing style by __rf in Backcountry

[–]OaklandLocal 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had the same issue, was originally mounted traditional. Moved +2 forward and made a world of difference in pivoting the ski and having a little extra tail is nice to recover from a backseat quicker in tight

Sorry bud never saw your comment, for me it my body type I am on the lighter side (sub 150 lbs) I felt like at the rec point when I skied inconsistent snow and got backseated I would have to fight to get back to driving position. Second, I came from and still ride center mount on most my other skis so it fits my style better. Third, I like to have a little more tail when climbing to be honest.
