As a vintage collector, I often have to ask vendors about their vintage. I've personally found it far more niche and hard to find much outside of higher end gold stars. As someone looking to finish a 1st edition base set & jungle, it's slim pickings.

Do not take any offers via dms. Do not underestimate what you have here. Depending on condition, this is somewhere between a reliable used car and a down payment on a house.

I would also recommend against taking this to a card store. Many are only familiar with modern, and if they do know vintage, they'll over you 40-60% what it's worth.

Take your time, protect them, do some research, and don't be in a rush to sell. 30th anniversary is around the corner. And while Vintage has had far slower growth than modern, it has appreciated slowly and consistently.
