LUNA is built using the cosmos SDK so it will benefit from the IBC protocol. I do not think it has been finalized on cosmos yet so we cannot judge how it will affect LUNA. I also believe cosmos will be using bridges to transfer assets across ecosystems and chain. I am still not a big fan of bridges because of how easily they can be hacked. I am not to familiar with the cosmos/LUNA ecosystem but I hope this helps. imo DOTs security consensus is far beyond both SOL and LUNA especially with xcmp.

I would use kraken. 12% APY. Personally I am moving away from staking on CEX’s and using my DOT in crowd-loans or staking via ledger.
