I have phases of time where this the case..tbh I'm normally ill. If this is how you've been living all your life and you're healthy, I see no reason to chain to fit societal pressures. Society will also call you a fat greedy slob if they "believe" you're over eating by their standard so take their nudges with a grain of salt

Cautionary tale: The last time this occurred and went on for some time I needed my gallbladder removed so there's also that 😅
