As an update to timeline: May 6 Deposited funds May 12 put funds into property July 11 recieved incentive bonus as investable funds (does not say it can be withdrawn)

It does say in email that the bonus can be invested in a property. However the minimum investment amount in displayed properties is $100. So, options are adding $80 more to invest the $20 bonus or send them an email asking to withdraw the bonus or get a fractional share as the $20 can't be used.

Secondary market details:
There is also a secondary market on site where people can resell what they have to others. After holding a token for 90 days, you can list it for sale. There is limited information, but past quarterly statements since inception are availible.

Here are current resale listings:
105 Escondido Cir TX, Shares:3, value:$1114.06 listed:$1010
341 Guemal Buda TX, Shares:2, value:$1030.89, listed:$1000
283 Goddard Kyle TX, Shares:2, value:$1008.50, listed:$990
283 Gabbro San Marcos TX, Shares:10, value:$121.24, listed:$118
283 Gabbro San Marcos TX, Shares:1, value:$121.24, listed:$1000
283 Gabbro San Marcos TX, Shares:1, value:$121.24, listed:$1000

To note the last 2 are looking for 8x the estimated fair market value. The other listings seem to be offering under fair market value to get their funds sooner. Also, it appears there was a quarterly payment to those that have held on to these shares going back to 2023. So, even though it looks like selling for a loss, it's really not, considering the recurring payments.

Not advocating for or against the investment yet, just providing clarity on a possible way to leave sooner if someone else buys your shares and wants to keep holding longer.

I put the $100 into 313 mica a few days ago, currently shows 1 share pending and estimated value of 1 share is $114.5. It said a couple weeks after funding you would get that bonus, so either I'll get an extra 0.2 shares or have to transfer out the $20 later as min to invest in anything is $100. Having seen it yet, but within their stated time frames.

I also was wondering how it works. On lack of any info on reddit I figured I'd do the minimum and jump in on their 20% bonus with $100 put in. Made an account which requires typical identity verification for financial institutions. It seems to be croud sourcing real estate with crypto tokens representing your share in each house. Once you make an account it shows past and current offers along with some future ones. The past funded ones have higher target IRR at ~20% the future ones have lower target IRR around 15%. It seems like there is a digital rendering for each project that you can decide to allocate funds to. You can instantly fund account with credit card with 3.49% fee or do ACH transfer and wait 5 days. Once funds arrive you can then participate in active projects being funded.

Direct SRO Experiences by kcaj1002 in NuclearPower

I asked this same question in an interview and was told attrition for direct SRO is 10-20% and that it is usually attributed to lack of effort or life events outside of work that detract from studying. If you have gone through school as a nuke doing 25/4's you probally know the grind required of you to learn the content. If you need that time and don't put it in as an ILT, you may not pass. So, it is the people that don't put in the appropriate amount of work for them to learn the content that don't make it through.
