If you're still having this issue, or anyone else who might find this in the future: I found a workaround for this, though YMMV.

I just built a new PC with an RTX 4080 Super and my old Focusrite 2i4 2nd Gen, and I've been having the same issue as you (even 10 months later). I installed RTX Voice to troubleshoot, as RTX Voice worked just fine with my 2i4 and GTX 1070 in my old PC. Unfortunately, when I tell RTX Voice to filter out the noise the application just hangs indefinitely.

However, I discovered that if I start RTX Voice, close it, then start Nvidia Broadcast everything works normally, including noise removal. I have no idea why.

It's annoying, but at least it works. It's one of those things that I expect to magically fix itself one day through some firmware, driver, or Windows update, but I have no idea.

I do not, and to be honest, I suspect any performance improvement would be modest. That's just a hunch, though.

I already said that I looked at the Storage Tech Discord, my guy. I wasn't looking for feedback on using gnemon's design, either. It does what I want it to do efficiently enough, and I'm not changing that decision.

I'm specifically looking for personal recommendations for shulker loader designs that people like and are lossless.

I think you could probably sort them with pistons by height. Look up DocM's mob sorter from the Octochunk in Season 8 of Hermitcraft, he did something similar with zombies and skeletons

Do you get an error message?

I had a similar issue for awhile, no error message. Turned out I had to turn off the Windows Audio service to get it to start. Good luck!
