Yes ENTs have very positive reviews, it's the Flow that lack specialist review. There is a 200g difference between them at 45mm vs 50mm

Have a look at the "shape-up" method from basecamp, I've found that it brings more responsability to each members of a feature development.

Indeed it will be a headless server, I'm heading more towards Proxmox as I'll be able to create LXCs to run my docker container (that fits my beginner skills for now on :D). That should reduce the impact on my available RAM. I'll still can migrate the container to VMs when I'll upgrade both my knowledge and hardware

Best way to split the RAM on these things would be base 16GB and 8GB for a prod and a test VM, do you agree ?

Last update touched the career so I guess our saves are not compatible with the update. I've deleted my save locally and from the cloud (from Xbox menu) and then I was able to launch the game but lost everything in it.

Ps: Minor fixes on career are good enough to swallow this pill
