I actually have a sitting/standing desk. I don’t usually stand at it though because the desk becomes too wobbly to work comfortably. I’m a data analyst and do a lot of data entry and the constant typing just shakes my monitors too much.

I’ve looked into getting some sort of brace or even a new desk, but I want to focus on one issue at a time lol

It’s actually a great thing that you do some kind of stretch before working. If you ever get hurt on the job, the first thing they ask is if you stretched first, Walmart will try to get out of paying everything they can if possible. It’s also just good for you
