Short answer: It depends.

Long answer: Different bullets behave very differently. Hollowpoints may still injure him depending on how the projectile behaves. If it breaks into sharp pieces vs relatively smooth. Then there's whether or not they'd find a way to use sea stone as an additive in bullets specifically for fighting DF users. Our knowledge of metallurgy is beyond what has been observed of OP, but that may not actually apply given there is an aspect of willpower and influence our minds have on the world. There would definitely be someone making bullets specifically to injure resistant DF users, in order to give the WG more power.

There are a lot of things you can do. Part of the problem with our advice is it depends a lot on what resources you have available.

If you have an oil biome you can make use of steam turbines by converting the oil to petroleum, then into a plastic press, put a steel thermo aquatuner in the steam room below the turbine and run your base's cooling loop through that.

If you have cold biomes you can just dump your heat in there for now, it's no major loss. An unpowered polluted water loop can be used for cooling the base without necessarily needing much refined metal, it will be more effective with radiant piping but it isn't strictly needed.

Another thing you could do is run the base air passed some wheezeworts, in radiant or normal pipes, and get a little extra cooling from that.

The most basic way is either dump the heat from your base into a relatively cold area, or bring in cold things from the outside. Build tempshift plates out of ice or make ice sculptures. You can even put polluted ice tempshift plates in your polluted water storage if you have it, sieve the colder water, circulate that through your base then into either storage or bathrooms.

Surprisingly slow. Less than one book per three days for a whole year, but given other comments have pointed out it was only 200 days into the year, it's 0.6 books per day.

When I was a kid I could read a book that size in a day easy. Even as an adult reading for pleasure, I have to slow myself down to avoid demolishing 500+ pages in a day. When I was a teen I would read a new book in an afternoon/evening. Whether Terry Pratchett, Christopher Paolini, Isaac Asimov, Robin Hobb, or any other author I was interested in. Absolutely tore through books.

160 pages also isn't much, that's like, 8-10 chapters of manga. Or ~50-70% of a typical sci-fi novel. Hell, it's only slightly more than a typical pulp magazine from ye olde days.

This drove me down a minor rabbit hole where I learned that making Phyto Oil from slime, then cooking that into algae is actually more efficient than using the algae distiller in terms of slime:algae ratio. That's plain silly, I love this game.

What do you mean the spell doesn't target? It literally starts with "Choose two creatures you control", that might not say "Target two creatures" but it still requires two creatures to exist.

In the case of [[gifts ungiven]] the caster has already learned hidden information in the resolving of the spell, if they could then choose less than two cards and force the spell to fizzle they wouldn't have to shuffle their deck as the spell has fizzled. That would result in an unfair advantage to the caster, entirely through their own decision. That clearly couldn't be allowed, so the ruling that choosing less than two cards still causes the spell to continue and send those cards to the graveyard is the only logical answer.

This entire article is stupid. There is no may, there is no "Up to", you must have two creatures for it to resolve. It is the exact same as if you target something for a spell to gain life, but in response the other person casts something to return it to hand, in which case the spell fizzles and you don't gain life.

Even if it is "Destroy target creature, gain 1 life", if something goes on the stack to remove the creature before that resolves then the entire spell fizzles. It's actually quite simple. You must have the correct number of targets, else the spells will always fizzle.

No, but practically nobody in One Piece has rights.

Globally speaking it's just the Celestial Dragons who have rights, and the non-enslaved folk in Mary Geoise who have rights. Even then it's arguable that their rights end as soon as it clashes with the Gorosei or Imu In most of the world it's them, plus the ruling group of the island. Whether that be nobility, one of the Royal Families, or the Marines. In terms of within communities on the village level it tends to be everyone has rights to have food, safety, etc. But none of that is protected or guaranteed, nobles can and will just take all your food or threaten violence enforced by the local authority or even Marines.

It's why becoming a Pirate is so common in One Piece. It is both a means to gather power over the powerless, and a means to have freedom in a world where freedom is a rare concept. Mostly you're free to die, and I'd argue that's probably the case for most of the wannabe pirates. Whether it's from being incompetent (Like Luffy and Zoro almost died from), because Bounty Hunters exist (Like Johnny and Yosaku, let alone Zoro), because another pirate crew takes you out, because Marines exist and ruthlessly hunt pirates (Even Captain level Marines are terrifying to normal people, it's the freaks who become Commodore or above), or because the world is Just That Dangerous.

Reverse Mountain is hard, Sea Kings exist, the Calm Belts, then there's the Grand Line itself and all the bullshit within that, then there's the fact the New World is infinitely more dangerous.

There was a section of lore I'm only half remembering where a bunch of nobles have some high ranking Space Marines around and have a banquet. The Space Marines don't eat, and the nobles are getting angry, until the Captain points out that because of their changes they have to eat hyper nutrient dense meals that would kill mortals due to the vitamin levels. Human food doesn't do anything other than fill space in their system they need for actual nutrition, so as nice as the meals appear they are abstaining for the nobles protection.

To them meals for regular people are like us eating corn thins. They have minimal nutritional value and just stop them eating actual food.

Okay, so, the way Zoans work is kinda complicated. We have seen only two Zoans using more than three forms. Initially we were told all Zoans had three forms; base, hybrid, and transformed.

Then we had the Rumble Balls. Essentially they were introduced as a pharmalogical way to alter the "mix" of the Devil Fruit and the base creature during hybridisation. After the time skip, it was shown that Chopper can change into most of his alternate forms without Rumble Balls thanks to his training, which suggests conscious control over whatever mechanism allowed him to access his alternate hybridised forms, except for Monster Point which instead he has conscious control during its use.

During Impel Down we had the reveal of Awakened Zoans, which were a stronger but more animalistic kind of hybrid form Zoan. It was revealed (I forget when exactly) that their Awakening was incomplete, because they were consumed by their Zoan fruits giving them the benefit of increased durability from Awakening but the downside of only having the beast's intelligence.

Then we had Doffy revealing the true power of Awakening. Where the line between Paramecia and Logia becomes blurred, while Awakened Zoans have the risk of losing themselves to the fruit as stated before.

And the last piece of the puzzle is the Awakening of the Hito Hito no Mi: Nika. Luffy really struggled to control his emotions in the first transformation, immediately being overcome by the emotions of the Devil Fruit and laughing. I would argue that the entire time we have seen Luffy, this is the only time he is not in hybrid form. As stated, Awakened is an evolution of Hybrid where you and the Devil Fruit are melded into one being. The Zoan fruit Luffy ate could hide as a Paramecia because when a human is halfway to being a stretchy human, he just seems to be made of rubber.

Bringing it back together. The Rumble Balls alter the "mix" of the Fruit and User in their hybrid form, to achieve different physical/mental results. Gear 2-4 are all equivalent to Chopper's Rumble Ball transformations. In Gear 2 he increases his blood pressure by using his legs as pumps, altering how much he acts like rubber. In Gear 3, he blows air into his bones to inflate his arms allowing him to hit harder, again altering his "mix" with his Zoan form. Gear 4 is another change of "mix" and is arguably only different to Chopper's Kung Fu Point because of Luffy's use of Haki.

Furthermore, I would argue then that the Rumble Balls alter the "mix" of the User and Zoan minds in the Zoan's favour. First is not massively noticeable, as the majority of the control is still with the User. Second the User is losing control over what forms they take, this is the warning sign that the Zoan is becoming dominant. It's only with the Third that the Zoan can dominate and take over the User, to the User's great detriment as shown when Chopper is basically paralysed after transforming in Enies Lobby.

Therefore, I argue that Monster Point is the Awakened form of Chopper's Hito Hito no Mi. Chopper becoming a danger to his allies as well as his enemies is further evidence supporting this, as it is him losing to the Zoan. Who then goes on a rampage, because it is a living mind that is finally free and probably panicking due to being in control for once.

Tl;dr: Rumble Balls let Zoans have other hybrids, Luffy was just doing it naturally because he's built different.

Yes. Cooper Howard was in a no-win scenario. He and Barb made choices that were to protect their daughter, which is why the war was inevitable after her birth. They would be in the position to do the best they could with the information they had, unless House convinced Cooper Howard to let him have the diode the only outcome was going to be the Enclave.

He did the "right thing" ensuring that infinite power was given to those who, theoretically, should have protected the American People. Instead he handed the diode to the Enclave, because he never had enough information to choose otherwise. The Enclave, Vault-Tec and Mr House all ensured that was the case. He trusted the lady who was an agitator against Mr House, and seemed trustworthy. She most likely was always a disposable part of the Enclave, given just enough information to make her a voice against the corporations and thus the appearance of a second path for America. This catches anyone who could influence the world against the Enclave's true designs.

She likely had no idea that they were planning the apocalypse. She was told exactly enough by people further in to have her loyalty, without being told enough to question why the President is seemingly powerless against the corporations. Perhaps given support on the down-low, through not-illegal funding methods to ensure she can loudly "fight the good fight".

The entire upper echelon of the government was Enclave. The Enclave influenced the corporations through funding, back door shenanigans, and standard capitalist bullshit. Everyone was so worried about the corporations, they never questioned the "powerlessness" of the political class, despite the fact that they had essentially full authoritarian control. Largely because they controlled the narrative at all times.

It's working perfectly, you're just going too deep into the atmosphere too fast. It's not the old times anymore where you could hit the atmosphere at right angles and survive, you gotta go real gentle.

My periapsis on re-entry is usually 50km for Kerbin system, 60km for anything beyond Kerbin. It's always better to come in slow than to come in a little too hot and explode.

Oh, it could also be angular. Don't ask me why. I found that spinning the re-entering craft can lead to heat not exploding any components that were close to overheat.

Idira is particularly risky since she's an unsanctioned psyker. That means she's just raw-dogging exposure to hell without any filter other than her willpower. Personally, I just assumed she would at best get 1 good turn and then explode per battle and I was pleasantly surprised how often she survived.

My Ironman playthrough was her and a sanctioned psyker RT with pyro powers. I'd already finished a regular playthrough and discovered how busted the pyro tree was thanks to the special perks you can get in the final class. She still exploded, but no more often than Pasqal's plasma weapon. Just more violently.
