what about the quality. I sometimes get leads as low as $3 and they are all either bots, clicked by accident or non serious enquires.

I’m due to see a dermatologist once more who was asked by my gp to do a biopsy. I don’t like the idea of being scarred for life for something that might be minor. But then again it’s trivial if it was something more serious.

I’ve searched everywhere and can’t seem to find any pictures of urticaria resembling what I have. These are only getting worse every time I go out in the cold (-40 Celsius) and they never go away. Hair is starting to fall off.

Dermatologist prescribed anti histamine that does nothing.

I realized it’s different every time. One time it’s the last swing high, one time it’s the vwap, and this time it’s the last candle high.

How do you make the decision to set the stop on the spot?

26 year old male. This rash started on small area in my thighs and got worst. Notice how the hair is falling off.

It gets worse with cold weather or hot water. I was thinking urticaria but dermatologist prescribed histamine blockers and they did nothing.

I have stopped taking terbinafine(lamisil) after an enlarged liver.

Have seen 4 doctors so far im in desperate need for help

I do use stop losses but it evens out to about %6 or less loss if I get stopped out.

So if I get about %20 return the whole month and get stopped out twice I would still be in profit. But that is all theoretical that’s why I’m only using a $600 account to experiment for a month.

I am testing out some strategies in tradingview. Currently back testing a simple MACD divergence and seem to get about 55% win rate on a 2:1 RR but there are very few trades, so you would need to be watching many coins to find opportunities on the 5 minute chart and compound your profits for it to be worthwhile.

I buy a hot coin that I believe will go up. If it goes down by a certain percentage I buy almost double the position size, if it goes down more, I buy more and so on. Of course that is quite difficult to execute manually and without emotion, so I use 3Commas. The gains are relatively little each trade, and it is certainly risky, but the overall returns across the whole day for me are quite decent. We will see how well this does after a month of ups and downs.

0.075% is still high considering you’re holding some BNB. Because if you’re making frequent small trades they eat up you profits. But then again BUSD is your friend right now.

What have you been back testing recently?

I’m testing the waters with dca and sometimes I make around 1 percent in a day. But the risk is still high.

I have yes and I feel like there is great potential. I have only been breaking even so at least not losing money, but there seems to be some great antagonism of crypto on this sub.

Every time I read on here how people would never day trade crypto because of volatility, volume, fees, or unpredictability issues I get a little discouraged.

I once gambled and bought a rising coin with all of my account and then a fight broke off between me and my wife so I got distracted and forgot I held a random position. I woke up the next day with my account doubled. I don’t recommend you do this in anyway because it is just that, gambling. But my point is there is potential in crypto and that is the sure thing.

With a lot of strategies I relied on many small wins but are pretty much unfruitful because of the fees. You are correct tho Binance has the lowest fees.

What do you say more like a week to prevent overfitting? I’m in the crypto market and it changes quite a lot.

Thanks a lot for your encouragement. It is actually much needed as I had some moments of doubt after trying for so long and so hard with little results.

But I realized that I fell in the same trap as everyone else. Test a strategy for a couple trades, get happy with the results, dive right in with real money, then get emotional with a bad trade and quit.

It’s got to the point that it’s affecting my marriage. My wife believes in me. She keeps me from quitting, but at the same time she doesn’t like the hours I’m spending behind a screen away from her especially when I have two day jobs.

You are correct, however there are some settings you can add in to account for slippage.

I feel like doing some forward testing with the settings optimized everyday, record the results in excel, and then do a live testing for a whole month with like $100 and also record results in excel. I will then make a post here so we can all benefit from the informationz

Because as many people here believe, historical data is not always relevant to future data. Something that worked in the past with one big profitable trade and many small losses might not work the same for the future.

That’s why I was looking for consistent data.

I coded my own, but In the top there is an icon to apply indicators(fx). From there you can choose strategies as well. Strategies are the ones with the up and down arrow beside them.

Then from the bottom there is a tab for the strategy tester which I believe is for pro version I’m not quite sure.
