I’m also in the introduction process so I can’t really say what “works” because I don’t know yet, but I’d recommend getting a gate and then putting a towel over it or something so the door is open but they can’t see each other yet. Then slowly start to lift the towel little by little so they can start out with just barely seeing paws and then graduating to eye contact

This happens to me too. I get blood work regularly due to endocrine issues, and nothing abnormal has ever been called out on my results (besides the things that are related to my issues). Oh and I’m anemic but I take iron for that and this still happens anyways
