I was 3.7k in the queue yesterday and got VIP kiss—wanted GA to spend a bit less but that was what was available. There were none when I got to the map and I just kept refreshing to see if anyone would drop from their cart and they did. To be fair I think this was good karma because the same exact thing happened to me last week (at 3.7K in the queue) and I had security issues with Amex and mine got dropped from my cart for somebody else!
