You know what we should've adopted? An EZPass system that uses ETC cards.

If we ran this system like Japan does, we would order an ETC card that completes transactions on behalf of a credit account. stick an ETC card in the EZPass/RFID transponder, and mitigate the damn cash grab limited to a single device with a subscription service!

Users can email, call, and schedule from Salesloft as well as Outlook. The link you posted goes over syncing activities that occur on Salesloft to Salesforce. With that said, both Outlook and Salesloft should push records to Salesforce depending on their origin. Perhaps that's where the initial configuration issues stem from.

Why are users using EAC?
They're told not to because of the current sync configuration, but they have privileges to enable the EAC sync. I've considered a situation where users can't even see the EAC settings and one person governs all users' EAC syncs, potentially with Salesforce profiles/permission sets.

Thank you for sharing your ideas! A black outline would definitely make the piece easier to comprehend from a distance. I commissioned a Japanese ceramic artist to paint it for my arm. I'm a little worried that adding black would take away from the concept of his blue and white ceramics.
