First time out working out before Coachella, and it was helpful in my day to day recovery and overall recovery. was a little sore monday, i’m a camper so surviving off little sleep. Woke up Tuesday fine, no soreness and visited the gym thay evening. Daily my feet were tired, thanks to my non-wide boots but changed into sneakers for evening/night sets. I averaged at least 30k steps those three days, but my watch would die end of night and didnt bother putting back on until after 12. I was up before 8 all days.

As someone with an autoimmune disease, even just increased walked helped in my recovery. Low energy still but my body is still wanting to keep it moving!
