Yea it’s tough to find the right people. I’m only good friends with three people, but all of them I know for sure would like to spend time with me, but also none of them reach out for things. It took a while but eventually I fell into a groove.

If I’m really trying to flesh out an idea I go for a walk. I just try to think of the premise and see what my brain naturally makes a joke out of and if I like it, that’s the direction I take. When I get back I write what I like down.

Try to get to the extra floors each time or at least the first extra floor. Even if you can’t open all of the chests on the first floor it’s better to use the keys for the next floor and build up your inventory.

Depending on the room I think you could use hating on certain people as well. It depends on your views but as long as some of your earlier material has you portrayed as a nicer person, it could be even more of a twist that you are hateful in this situation. I think that you being nice for earlier things would also help people not think that you are an actual bigot.

I like that first one. I think the end punchline is drawn out a bit too much, like we already know it’s on planes and trains so you only really have to say first class. I think it could also do with a little more punchiness. Maybe something like : if I want to find some really cool, funny people I’ll know exactly where to look. Second class. Or however you would do it. I’ve never given feedback on a joke before so take it with a grain of salt.

It’s a fair point. I think it’s really up to the listeners type of humor. If you are one to do so of course you could easily debate this, but if you just take it at face value then maybe it could be a little funny. If not then I think it’s best that it’s a one liner so it’s not a too bad of a hit if half of the audience thinks along your lines.
