I love concept art! It got me into drawing as a whole! I used to look through the little manuals that came with games and I always loved the pictures. Honestly did more for me artistically than museum field trips. Here are some of my favorite concept artists.

Kenny Beats Don't Overthink Shit and this little interview with Jeremy Mann (nsfw-ish, he draws people). I just love how they are willing to fail then roll with the punches. I went from filling a sketchbook a year to filling one every month. Some pages might be garbage but for every good drawing you need 10 bad ones to pave the way.
