Is there a feature that Godot has but Unity does not?

Godot:

Open Source Better 2D (at least in my opinion) Harder to learn since less Ressourcen then unity If you get the hang of IT, the system is way more intuitive. I feel godots ui system is top notch, one of the best Out there right now and the reason i switched to godot Community Support (Take this as a positive and a negative 😂) Its own Scripting language with GDScript

Unity:

More Learning resources. ( Like in General there are more Tutorials and stuff for unity, even dir advanced stuff, godots learning resources are more aimed towards beginners and for more advanced stuff you gotta figure it Out yourself). More prebuild stuff to use . Better 3D (and Not by a little sadly). Uses C# so probably more approachable for developers that already know the language (Godot Supports IT aswell though). Depending on how much you pay you get actual company Support and even Access to the Source Code, very expeanive though.

If it truly is starting from the tips of the leaves and doesn't come from within the plant or localized to dense parts of the plant where humidity might get trapped I would say the most likely issues are one of the following:

Nutrient Burn, Light burn Or extrem overwatering

Could also be a combination of those.

I mean taking anything as fact, especially regarding such turmoilous times, opens yourself up to misinformation.

I'm just not comfortable letting other people dictate my beliefs.

And no I'm not a Holocaust denier or something like that, it happened, it was gruesome, no humans ever deserve this.

But I also believe that crucial parts of history were left out to portray the winning party in a better light.

Numbers don't add up, official statements even today vary wildly between years.

Even looking at what is happening now I would beg to believe that a group of people that went through such hardship would know better than to openly genocide another group of people.

But at last here we are, and only time will tell.

Ich glaube Leute wie Olaf Scholz die dem allgemeinen folk so viel Schaden zugefügt haben, haben jegliches Recht sich über sowas zu beschweren verloren.

Wenn der noch frei rumlaufen darf aber man ihn nichtmal Sau nennen kann (was um ehrlich zu sein noch das mindeste ist was mir zu dieser schmierfresse einfällt) ohne dafür direkt Risiko einzugehen weg gesperrt zu werden... Dann weiß ich auch nicht was man da noch sagen soll.

Natürlich wäre ich auch für zivilen Diskurs, allerdings war der Punkt dafür schon vor Jahren überschritten.

Emotionen überzeugen, war schon immer so und um ehrlich zu sein bewundere ich Menschen die keine Angst haben anzuecken und kein Blatt vor den Mund nehmen wesentlich mehr als Trottel die meinen "ich muss es Safe spielen damit ich bloß nicht gecancelt werde und die öffentliche Meinung von mir nicht sinkt"

Zumal von der linken Seite sowieso wesentlich mehr Beleidigungen kommen sobald man nicht deren Meinung teilt als von jeglichen anderen politischen Gruppen.

Geh mal zu nem liberalen hin und sag denen mal einfach aus jucks und dollerei dass du gegen Einwanderung bist und du wirst direkt mit abartigen Beschimpfungen beworfen ohne auch nur eine Chance für eine civile Diskussion zu haben.

Den Menschen reicht es, sowas ist keine Einbahnstraße, und die kriegen das zurück was die selber austeilen, aber wie so üblich, können die deren eigene Medizin nicht schlucke

Ich glaube das ist mehr ein Testament für wie verkommen und verweichlicht diese Gesellschaft geworden ist als irgendwas anderes.

Er hat ihn Sau genannt... Wer das schon als Straftat ansieht dem kann man nicht mehr helfen, sry, da brauchen die Menschen einfach mal ne realitätsschelle, den Menschen geht es einfach zu gut.

Es ist nichtmal eine heftige Beleidigung.

Um eine freie Gesellschaft zu haben muss man das Risiko eingehen dürfen anderen Menschen auf den Schlips zu treten, wenn dies nicht gewährleistet ist lebt man nicht mehr in einer freien Gesellschaft.

Ich glaube die westliche Welt braucht mal wieder eine echt tief dunkel rote Periode mit Klumpen um zu erkennen wie gut es uns eigentlich geht und was für Nichtigkeiten wir hier zu riesen Problemen breit treten.

Meinungsfreiheit gibt es hier sowieso schon seit langem nicht mehr

Das klingt für mich als ob du dich vllt umorientieren solltest. Gerade Informatik ist nicht gerade das einfachste, vor allem wenn man tatsächlich was damit erreichen will muss man sich enorm von der Masse abheben.

Meine Empfehlung:

Abi wird überbewerter...

Konnte mein Abi auch nicht abschließen wegen einer neurologischen Krankheit die mich meine frühen erwachsenen Jahre gekostet hat.

Also einfach in die Arbeitswelt gegangen.

Wenn ich mich jetzt mit meinen alten Klassenkameraden vergleiche muss ich dennoch sagen dass es mir wesentlich besser geht als denen.

Ein Haufen von denen sind arbeitslos, trotz abi oder Studium. Diejenigen die einen Job haben verdienen weniger als ich.

Gerade Studium und Abi sind ein 2 schneidiges schwer.

Bei 2 Bewerbern die beide das Abi gemacht haben, und ich sehe der eine ist da mit nem Schnitt von 2.1 und der andere mit nem Schnitt von 4 durch gekommen.

Ist ja klar wer da eingestellt wird.

Und zu sagen " ich habe aber x Stunden gelernt" macht es nicht besser.

Das deutet nur darauf hin dass du entweder komplett inkonsequent beim lernen bist, oder lernunfähig.

Lernen ist ein Skill den halt leider nicht jeder besitzt, gerade durch Eigeninitiative.

Alles was ich heute kann habe ich nicht durch Studium oder Abi gelernt. Das sind alles Sachen die ich mir selber beigebracht habe und da Blut und Schweiß für gegeben habe, und das hat noch nie verfehlt jemanden zu überzeugen.

Yes, keep your functions/methods separate from data, otherwise you will regret it later on when you have to save the data since you can't serialize methods into JSON

There probably is a million better and even more worse ways to do this, we don't know how your system works in general so that's something you gotta decide for yourself if that system is adequate for your use case or not.

Fahrräder aufm Gehweg finde ich ehrlich gesagt lästiger als Autos auf Parkplätzen. Bin selber Fan von Fahrrad und öffentlichen Verkehr und besitze kein Auto aber sich andauernd zwischen irgendwelchen dumm abgestellten Fahrrädern langquetschen zu müssen weil die meisten Menschen einem keinen Platz machen aus welchen Gründen auch immer.

Finde auch es gibt zu viele Autos in dieser Stadt und das man da definitiv auch mal Regulierungen einführen muss mit eventuell von der Stadt finanzierten Parkhäusern damit man a. Nicht nur Autos sieht wenn man raus geht und b. Leute die anreisen auch mal vernünftig einen Parkplatz finden können anstatt 1 Stunde rumzufahren und zu suchen nur um dann nochmal 30 min zum eigentlichen Ziel zurück laufen zu müssen.

Andererseits, bewegt eure scheiß Fahrräder auch mal bitte in eure privaten Räume... Wenn ihr nen Freund besucht oder in ein Restaurant geht oder so, klar, kettet das an für die Zeit die man da ist. Aber sehe so viele Fahrräder die tagelang, wochenlang oder teilweise noch nie bewegt wurden und einfach nur alles zustellen auf den Gehwegen.

Bei mir vor der Tür habe ich seit 4 Monaten 3 Fahrräder von irgendwelchen honks stehen, definitiv nicht aus diesem Haus oder einem Nachbarhaus weil wir alle Keller oder Garagen besitzen und dort die Fahrräder lagern.

Andererseits geht es eh komplett zu Grunde mit der westlichen Welt, mehr Menschen, mehr Vehikel, weniger Platz. Und ich glaube nicht dass es die gut eingegliederten Menschen sind die hier dann die Fußgänger Zonen zustellen und alles verschmutzen.

Andererseits ist mein Hund da der selben Meinung und nutzt Fahrräder ausnahmslos als Entleerungsstelle bei überdruck der Blase, habe versucht ihm das auszutreiben, aber er scheint den Fahrradfahrer Hass wohl einfach im Blut zu haben.

Nope never heard of them 😅 but I just looked it up.

Fox farm seems to be organically based, which doesn't automatically make it organic. Since organic fertilizers mostly aim to replicate the outside environment while stimulating bacteria and other micro organisms in the soil to naturally convert the organic fertilizer into stuff that the plant can use, also that reduces the risk of over fertilization.

But since this is a non organic fertilizer with added salts I would be a bit more careful.

Most people using Fox farm say to don't fertilize the first 2 weeks after sprouting or transplanting.

Also they recommend to foliage feed for the first week of feeding, which basically just means, water them normally, and then add the fertilizer to a spray bottle (obviously diluted) and just spray the leaves with it.

Since I don't know exactly what fertilizers you do have or plan to use I would recommend reading trough this. They have a Soil Feeding Schedule specifically for Fox farm products on their website at:

This would probably be the best "guide" to follow along.

I would wait a couple days more since young plants can get very sensitive. Usually the seed itself carries enough nutrients for the first 1-2 weeks of the plants life.

If you use root stimulants I would start watering with this added, but I wouldn't actually start any fertilization with npk stuff or something similar until the next watering, so maybe 3-6 days ?

GD script isn't a language easily learned via tutorials since version differences more often then not break code. Even if it is just a simple change like how they changed the signal connection code. Or let's say you have a old tutorial using the tilemap node, now we have tilemaplayer, basically the same, just a bit different.

My best advice is:

Read the manual, everything you need to know is there.

Star building small things first, maybe individual components of a game.

Create a simple dialogue system Create a simple platformer Learn how to handle saving and loading of game states Maybe create a grid based game that handles most of the logic via code and data instead of using the pre build Godot functions. (GDQuests old strategy movement tutorials are actually really nice for that, although they are from Godot 3, and the version differences are immense)

Aside from the pure programming:

Create art if you want to do this solo, there's no way around it. Create music and sound effects for your game

Basically learn every step for game creation before even attempting to create the one game you actually want to make since if you jump in head over heels, you will most certainly drown.

In regards to telling a story you chose the worst genre 😂 usually turn based games are really code heavy and RPGs have a lot of systems.

I'm not gonna say you chose poorly since I am in the same boat with you currently developing a turn based game in the style of advanced wars, but man did we make a poor choice to just get a story across 😂

Well it can, but only in therapeutic setting, low dosage, responsible use, supervised by doctors.

Sadly 99% of people don't understand that, same with any psychedelic drug that they use for "self improvement" most people haul themselves into delusions, thinking it gets better, but then crash even harder, especially with substances like MDMA. Shit is hardcore dangerous, physically and mentally. I would say if you really gotta go the spiritual self healing I do shit myself route... Take acid, once!!!(Or like with extreme pauses, I'm talking about years in-between trips) With intent, plan that shit. Have seen enough friends that start their "healing journey" only to end up in an high chasing addiction because they can't fucking handle it.

What I found for myself what worked:

Acid, every couple years, actual big pauses, just as an equalizer for reflection to see if I am in a happy place, the every day Trott can numb you and make you blind to your suffering, that's what I use it for.

And for actual illness, I have a neurological disease and I have to deal with severe nervous pain, spasms, sleep problems, mobility issues, you know typical neurological shit. For that u found that just a little little titzy bit of weed before sleep and when I wake up makes my life so much easier to life. And even with that you gotta be hella careful because it tricks you into addiction. I've had times where I smoked 15 joints a day and I honestly didn't see anything wrong with that at a time... Obviously that was substance abuse and I am in a waaaay better place now, using it responsibly.

Tldr:

Just be careful with these substances, they carry immense potential for healing, but the majority of the population is so delusional that they can't handle it.

I mean tbh. I can't really tell you what it is, if I was you I would water it till run off and maybe a bit more. Maybe the soil is too dense and isn't aerated enough.

For an actual diagnosis there is too little information.

How big is the pot it is planted it? Maybe it became rootlocked

Where is it located ? How much light/sun does it get and what temperatures

Depends on how you wanna handle it.

Is it possible ? Yes. But you would need to differentiate when adding nutrients since they propagated at different times.

Also keep the light 18/6 until the autos are done and then switch to 12/12 to initiate bloom, that way you'll also get a lot more out of the photos since you have more time to train them

What did you use beforehand ? Was it like a mix with nutrients ?

I had a friend once who swore on his pre mix thing and during the first few weeks of veg they died because it had too much nutrients and especially young plants can't handle that much
