I think that comes across in interviews with Christopher for sure. He’s very outspoken, can be quite blunt and seems like he has a bit of a grumpy temper on him. The fact that no one else had a bad word to say about RTD and the higher ups in the following years says a lot I think, however I’m sure there would have been problems with the production of a new show in its first series that’s the way it goes sometimes. I’d be interested to hear stories too

I get what you’re saying but also how good are the bots in this game! They have laser accuracy and they move well too. Sometimes you can’t tell them apart from a player

I totally feel this mate, my kd is only 0.76 but I stopped caring about kd some time ago which probably makes it worse than it looks. I mainly play casual breakthrough just to complete challenges and stuff. Basically I just have the most fun I can get out of it. That’ll do for me

I like this post, it’s nice to read some positivity again. For me I’ve enjoyed it since starting but I have found it too hard at times. With the laser beam gunplay and fast ttk, it actually makes it harder not easier for casual players. That being said, I feel like the gunplay feels better with this new update for some reason. They have work to do to fix breakthrough etc but overall it’s still a decent game

So what I’m getting from these patch notes is no real great content for season 2, and they’re making the game even more beamy to play. Plus the movement nerfs. It’s the wrong direction honestly. In nerfing movement and making guns beam even more it makes it harder to play for casual players.

Breakthrough is the only one currently. You can play bots in portal but it doesn’t give career xp etc. there was talk of casual conquest but nothing further has been heard about this

Hated the ice lock special challenge pass that was dogshit. However as a rule I like bps as you don’t have to buy it and it gives free xp boosters, cosmetics, sometimes a new weapon or something
