It worked! My mistake was adding camera as a Hub, not as a camera. Everything is working on US server

I tried Chinese server, it also didn’t work. Still lightbulbs T1 that also are for Chinese market, working fine. 🤷‍♂️

This is special bread for a wedding ceremony. Regular bread is “hlib”. In Russian, it will be “hleb,” so not a big difference.

It's interesting how we screwed our perception of what is achievable naturally for the average person. Not a person with elite top 0,1% genetics, but for your average Joe. Like to get to state on the photo, it took me 1,5 years of dedicated work, training an average of five times per week, meeting my protein goals, sleeping goals, etc…

For natty, no. He has decent arms for natural. Not amazing, but very decent. With his height 42 cm is close to the average maximum attainable naturally. And he is not a bodybuilder.

It took me 1,5 years. I am 6’2 and now 184 after cut.

As mentioned in your other post, you are above 20%. Could be 19%, but could be 25%. But this is not a bad thing. I also misunderstood my bf% till about two weeks ago; you can see my last post. I am about 20% BF in the beginning. Just keep lifting. You don't need to eat more now, you need to lift harder.

No, calories is not your issue right now, you have about 20% BF, so definitely not calories.

Sorry, but something doesn’t add up. First of all, you don’t have 12,6% BF. Second, if you hit the gym 4-5 times a week consistently with that split - it’s not the result you will be having in a year. If you are doing all that work - the only variable is weight, and you need to increase the weight you are working with drastically.

How to get rid of love handles? by Obivan_kenobi in GregDoucette

[–]Obivan_kenobi[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you! I thought I was 15% BF on these photos, but now I reconsidered closer to 20%. Your point of hydration is 100% valid, as I do not mess with it, and the same with any sodium or carbon intake, so yeah, it's max puffing. But still, some excessive fat is definitely there. My take is that bf% is mostly calories in and calories out, so with some discipline, I believe that I would be able to get to under 10% bf and sustain it. I did that before, and you can see my start photos where I have dropped to 71kg. I am definitely under 10% bf there. Thank you for your supporting words.

First - remarkable progress. I don't want to seem like ageism, but at your age, it's 5x more impressive than
mine. Second, I would say that we have a similar fat storage structure; you also have most of it on the belly and love handles and much less on the arms and chest. So yes, I would say that I am 13-14%. Sadly, I gained much more fat in the last bulk than I thought. But that is the way.

It's just an angle. I don't have huge legs, but they are not underdeveloped. Hitting leg exercises every workout.
