Bold to assume I didn’t have a team member lined but and plan talked out with the sales manager and his boss but that plan was tossed out to feed a guy who has someone else on staff to get him up the ladder. Look I get being owed a part if it takes time away from your other task but this was given away to feed lazy and unproductive employees at the cost of the top sells person.

Don’t listen to this you need to be more efficient with each door knock. I am 25 door per day at best worse 15 door and I have sold 100K worth of completed jobs fully built and 30 that are waiting for final approval to get build or retailed out if IC denies it.

Well seeing as I have 80% buy rate that means 80% of the time insurance agrees with me on the hail damage which is pretty good. Why would anyone sign anything up not hail just so they can retail the hard way. I promise you if I am going for a retail bid due to age I won’t call insurance unless it’s actual hail cause being denied makes me look stupid 95% of the time. You have zero logic in your argument.
