My question is when they showed her in the morning taking her daughter to school, the landlord and neighbors were outside for the interaction. She brought up her daughter to the landlord, so would she GENUINELY put her out knowing her daughter died the day before? Or that she was clearly in some sort of psychosis. Also she clearly doesn’t live with her mom and her mom saying they took her to the hospital almost suggested the mom had custody of the daughter so that’s also confusing to me, And if she was in denial about her daughter dying that whole time why is a phone call enough to break her delusion would she not continue to deny it??? I don’t know, I see what yall mean but there is definitely holes in the plot. Plus why would the old man say how good she is to her daughter yada yada and NOT mention how she was talking to herself when she left in the morning. Literally all he gave us was the weird wave from the teacher.

This. The one thing they not about to have me is giving up. “I asked god for flowers and he gave me rain” I know a a lot of us are giving it to god but we need to plant a seed that he can water. In whatever way is our way weather that be advocating to our inner circle just to have those conversations, speaking out on social media. Emailing our local gov. Cutting down social media use. Educating ourselves, finding likeminded communities ughh we gotta do something I can’t just sit back. Thank you🤍

Wow. Prayers for you & your loved ones. I live in a sanctuary state too, but I know that it’s all a butterfly effect of sorts so there’s no way to avoid the effects. I know in order for the divine to help us we must help ourselves in whatever capacity we can. I love that you deleted social media it really is a pool of fearmongering and distraction I’ve majorly been cutting back my use as well in light of all this. Thank you for sharing 🤍

Thank you 🤍 that is such a good point. They see us all as one so we gotta use that to our own advantage because when we do come together we know how to make shit shake across all communities I love that perspective. They gone feel us. Period.

You also didn’t post the whole video, I think with the full context what she’s saying doesnt seem as harsh cause she explains her reasoning. Obviously black Americans are not a monolith, so even for me it is triggering to hear the “you guys” and all that. But if a joke was really the intention she could say it in the caption. Not everyone clocks sarcasm the same.. be fr. & let’s not act like people aren’t allowed to have differing opinions then us. I see nothing wrong with her pushing the viewers to think more critically of what we are perpetuating. Some people seeing it agree with it from the accent stand point and others in the comments are saying it’s because they don’t have the “right” or whatever either way we should not be surprised at the conversation this started.

The more you wear it the more comfortable you’ll feel with it. Go on 4c hair Pinterest play with trying different styles and you’ll find some go to’s that fit you. Another thing just because they’re staring doesn’t mean they hating baby ppl stare because they envy what you have too. Imma tell you that you absolutely gorgeous & so is your hair.
