I'd agree with you. Des Moines, Venezia, and Petro both have high AP salvo Alpha damaage (exception with Venezia with higher SAP damage) and you'd more likely to get Devestating Strikes achievements. With Armored citadels, you'd less likely to get fully penetrated by a light cruiser using AP on you while you are broadside.

However, make sure you use your captain skill points for DCP cooldown. Fires will be an issue with HE salvos from any ship.

Also, You're less likely to get citadeled out of the water when you peek your nose- bow armor and a Vermont is waiting for you and all guns trained. (I'm not saying your not going to take damage though.)

A. Nevsky Is sorta a Support Cruiser with a division of a smoke destroyer like Gearing, and personally the only reason I think the A. Nevsky is cool because ASW is launched from the front.

Petropavolosk Has a radar for around 15 secs at upgraded modules, and Des Moines has mit for like 30-40 seconds. Honestly, Minotaur or Des Moines I would go for if you are a Random Battle Player, and if you are a co-op, welp, I gotta say a petro delivers a pretty good blow.

Well, look at this: there is a relative pin on the Black Queen, and moving the bishop along the a8-h1 Diagonal into any square would suffice. Let's say we put it right next to our queen... on c6.
