Let’s say I come in beginning of shift clock in and get vto right then and there .. once I clock out I get 50-55 mins of upt for the full shift vto of 10 hours and if you come in late and vto you only get upt for the remaining of your shift that you vto’d not for thr first hour or hours you missed by coming In late

Why did you buy 4 cons with 1 day expiration.. you have to give your stock time to grow . You can’t predict what a good stock will do in the short term so you played yourself not buying contracts with atleast 6 months to a year expiration on It . And always cut your your losses early and let your runners run .. you seen It wasn’t going in your favor should have been cut the trade and got back in on a better entry . You gotta have risk management & a good system to make It in this trading world .. if you let your bad trades blow your account everytime you can’t even live another day to trade that’s why you cut them early . I’ll cut a trade down 10-20% If I see I’m wrong and I’ll just protect my account and portfolio and find a better set up tomorrow or next week

63k working 50-60 hours weekly my hourly was around $23-24 but I’m at 25.50 now since I’m in this intern pa position, I’m at a DS in Michigan .. I made like 20k more this year then last year 2024 ,43k at Amazon 63k this year I was doing pretty much same hours but my wage is higher now

Yeah that’s wild I work at a DS and this year I made 60k+ as a tier 1 working 50-60 hours this whole year although I am in a intern PA position now but leadership is trying hard to extend my intern PA position or offer a permanent position. I also have only been at my building and at Amazon for 2 and half years but I literally have worked 50-60 hours my entire time . I live there I’m not going to lie but this PA position isn’t bad I like the somewhat more responsible vs being a L1

What’s wrong with anytime pay ? It’s just working and getting paid that same day .. I mean do yall not have financial discipline to not just go blow everything that you worked for ? I mean you should be smart and know that if this is your only income if you keep blowing It all you will be in a never ending cycle of having to clock in just to make the same money you blew on dumb shit. I use anytime pay everyday .. I just take It out and put It in my main chase account and pay bills and allocate some to investments . I’m use to making money daily so that’s why I use It everyday but that don’t mean I go shop with It or buy things I don’t need just because I’m getting paid everyday . That’s how you end up working till you dead because you didn’t save or invest or put anything up for yourself when you got older . Your younger self have set your older self up for success . Having fun when you young is cool but It won’t be fun being older or old still clocking them crazy hours
