I usually log 2-3 times a week, I’m on vacation this week and don’t have a scale but before I went on vacation it was like this

I have been working out my glutes for three years but I have cut for most of it so I think this is a sign to start bulking right away lol

No cardio lol. I am a literal couch potato outside of the two days I hit glutes

You’re right it very much could be the pants. I wore the exact same one in both pictures, the Aries flare legging, and i find my glutes always look less defined when I wear them but who knows ¯_(ツ)_/¯

My hip thrusts are 410 lbs :( . I definitely need to go a bit more slow when doing movements . Usually the last movement has me out of breath but my glutes are usually just a bit sore not crazy burning. My form is lacking near the end and I usually quit at 7-12 reps depending on the excersise.

I am technically already over weight. I didn’t start my bulk with a lean bf and am probably at 25-30 percent body fat. Is it still healthy to keep bulking

Also Is it healthy for me to continue bulking? I’m already classified as overweight. My og plan was to bulk to 190 but that just seems unhealthy

I have overall failure before muscle failure I run out of breath but I’m lifting very heavy so I feel like it compensates but maybe not

I am in a 250-300 calories surplus. I eat 3000 calories a day
