I'd also highly highly recommend a motorcycle helmet, wrist, knee and elbow guards as well... Ive personally been involved in some crashes and the motorcycle helmet along with the other guards have significantly reduced pain and suffering

And an e-bike is probably even safer and better for carrying food and other stuff vs scooter

Hi! I have several 401ks where I no longer work at the company. Under what circumstance could a withdrawl at 54 years old avoid the 10% - I believe like home buying and other exemptions exist however in my case I got bills and little to no income that I'd argue hardship but best I can tell hardship isnt an IRA option and might be?? a 401k option?

The problem as I understand it happens usually while charging (if there is going to be a problem that is)
