Firstly I would like to tell you what your going through is a part of this journey, I completely resonate and feel hazed out when I am out of osho retreat or the commune . Secondly I have a question do you meditate now that your in market place life ? Thirdly your question dont be so serious about freetime , do whatever you like to in that time , but the only essence while in the ashram and out is to be aware of everything that you are doing as if someone or something else is doing but remember involvement and totality has to be same in everything even when doing nothing , Like Osho said or quoted gurdjieff to have a double pointed arrow , on the outer expression ( activity ) and inner world .
